Unclaimed Property Valued at $100 Or Less
The City of Kennedale is currently holding property that is presumed abandoned or unclaimed subject to Title VI, Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code. Establishing Right to Receive Property
Any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may obtain additional information by contacting the Finance Department at (817) 985-2110. In addition to the specified proof of ownership, a completed Unclaimed Property Request (PDF) must be completed and submitted to establish the owner's right to receive the property.
