We have provided a schedule of fines to assist defendants in paying citations. This schedule is provided as a convenient guide. If you are unable to access the schedule of fines, please call to confirm the fee associated with your citation. Please have your citation available.
Payment must be in the form of a credit card (transaction fee applies), cash, cashier's check, or money order. No personal checks will be accepted for payments of warrants.
We urge you to contact the court if you are unable to pay the amount owed without undue hardship to yourself or your dependents. You will not be subject to arrest if you have active warrants but are taking steps to resolve them in a civil manner. Our goal is to help you; not put you in jail. You may request a hearing before a judge to consider your ability to pay and request any non-monetary compliance options available to you. You should be prepared to explain and document your financial situation to the court. The Kennedale Municipal Court continues to be a Safe Harbor Court, which means that anyone may appear in court with an identification at any time to resolve their outstanding cases without the fear of being arrested for Kennedale Municipal Court Class C warrants.
