You can request a reservation for one of the City facilities online. You will be notified after the requested date has been reviewed and confirmed. Use the links below to check the calendar and see if the facility you want to reserve is available on the date you desire. Reservation Policies
- Reservations can only be made online.
- Payment for reservations must be by debit or credit card.
- Reservations cannot be accepted more than ninety (90) days in advance
- Reservations for recurring events will not be accepted (e.g., you cannot reserve the Senior Center every Sunday in March)
- Reservations must be made at least two (2) business days in advance; day-of reservations will not be accepted
- Payment must be made within one (1) business day after reservation approval; if a request is unpaid at 5:00 p.m. on the first business day, it will be denied and removed and the deposit returned.
Current rental rates for all facilities can be found in the Schedule of Fees (PDF). Reservations are not taken over the phone.
