Court is held in the City of Kennedale on the 4th Friday month with the exception of holiday dockets and jury trials. You must be scheduled to appear.

Adult First Appearance - 8:30 a.m. 

Juvenile First Appearance - 8:30 a.m. 

FTA Docket - 9:30 a.m. 

Adult Show Cause/Ability To Pay Hearing -10:00 a.m. 

Indigence Hearings - 10:00 a.m. 

Attorney Plea Dockets - 10:30 a.m. 

Code Enforcement- 11:00 a.m.

Pro Se (non attorney) Pre Trials - 11:30 a.m.

Bench Trials / Jury Trials - scheduled times.

Note: Dockets are posted at least 24 hours in advance to the court setting.

***Make sure you dress appropriately for court. No hats, tank tops, short shirts, low cut shirts or see-through materials. Skirts and dresses should come down no less than 3 inches above the knee. No Bags of any kind will be allowed in the court room.***
