For nearly 50 years, Arlington Baptist University (ABU) and its forerunners in Christian education did their utmost to eradicate or ignore the property's steamy past. However, when David Bryant became President of ABU in 1993, his wife, Vickie, managed the university bookstore and spent time researching the history of the property and acquiring items from its days as 'Top O' Hill Terrace'. Her study grew into a quest to show the transformation that Christian faith had brought to these grounds.
