KENNEDALE HOMETOWN CHRISTMAS – SAVE THE DATE!
NOVEMBER 30, 2024 – 2:00 PM TO 8:00 PM
It’s our 25th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration! We have an amazing day lined up to welcome the holidays and celebrate spending time together. TownCenter Park will be decorated with thousands of lights and feature our 38’ tall Christmas Tree. Come out to enjoy live music, crafts and activities for the whole family, a visit from Santa, cookies and treats, toasty S’mores from the fire department, and FIREWORKS! All FREE!
Starting at 2:00 PM, there will be exciting activities for everyone! Live music from local talent will be featured until 6:00 PM. You can also participate in cookie decorating, tree ornament painting, letters to Santa, and airbrush tattoos! Try your luck on the mechanical reindeer, slide down the huge Santa slide, run through the obstacle course, or relax on a peaceful trackless train ride. At 5:00 PM, wear your ugliest Christmas sweater and try to beat the competition in the Ugly Sweater Contest with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
The 25th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting will be at 6:00 PM, followed immediately by a spectacular FIREWORKS display and visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. It is going to be an amazing day of fun and celebration with friends, family, and community. We look forward to spending the day with you!
