    The Soup Kitchen an outreach program of the First United Methodist Church of Kennedale that is run by Founder Joveta Kanion, Executive Chef Raymond Lee, and volunteers. People who are homeless, struggling families, seniors, and those with disabilities are invited to the fellowship building for a hearty and nutritious meal every Tuesday evening. A donation of $5.00 per meal is appreciated from those who are able, with proceeds benefiting the continuation of the program.
