Join us for a lively 60-minute storytime that includes stories, crafts, and games. Storytime is a great way to meet other families in the community who have children that are in the same age group as your own, and is a great way to prepare children for Kindergarten. Hearing books read aloud strengthens literacy, and when the reading is done by someone other than a child's primary caregiver, it helps them learn to sit quietly and pay attention to other adults when they are speaking. While the stories and activities are geared toward toddlers and other preschoolers, children of all ages are welcome.

The whole family is welcome at STEM Club. Each month features a series of stations with experiments, challenges, and hands-on activities that will require you to work together as a team, using creativity and imagination to solve problems as a team.
What is STEM? STEM education is an interdisciplinary approach to learning where rigorous academic concepts are coupled with real-world lessons as students apply Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in contexts that make connections between school, community, work, and the global enterprise enabling the development of STEM literacy and with it the ability to compete in the new economy.

KKB engages residents and businesses to take greater responsibility for improving the community’s appearance and environment. They also develop and coordinate beautification-related programming, outreach, and events, and serve as the Tree Advisory Board and the Tree City USA liaison.

The Board of Adjustment hears resident requested appeals of decisions made by the city staff in their interpretation of the city’s planning and zoning ordinances.
The Building Board of Appeals Hears appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the building official in their application interpretation of the technical provisions of the various building codes adopted by the city, and demolition of sub-standard structures.
Members serve on both boards. Meetings are only held when there are cases to consider.
