Utility Billing Customer Service Update

Did you hear? Arlington Water Utilities is now the customer care and billing service provider for City of Kennedale customers.  MuniBilling will no longer be processing your utility payments. Make sure to check your February utility bill for a brochure outlining the new payment options and account features. 

But what if I just sent a payment to MuniBilling? It will be forwarded on your behalf.

My due date is soon! When will Arlington start accepting payments? Arlington Water Utilities is now accepting payments from City of Kennedale customers. Visit arlingtontx.gov/KnowYourH2O or call 817-985-2120 to make payments (other options below). 

Does this mean we’ll be purchasing water from Arlington now too? Not yet, but we’re working on it!

    There is a 24-hour dropbox in the entryway of City Hall (405 Municipal Drive) and at 1100 SW Green Oaks Boulevard (look for a red arrow on the exterior wall). You are advised against leaving cash in a dropbox.
