The Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan (PDF) is intended to provide city leadership an information base to guide decisions related to parks, recreation, and open space. The plan will assist in the implementation of those decisions and set guidelines for future park and open space development that are feasible for Kennedale in accordance with the desires of its residents. This plan includes the area within the incorporated limits of the City of Kennedale, and provides park and open space project recommendations.
